The entertainment for your event does not need to be very costly, and if selected wisely, can be one of the least costly aspects of your party. Price Structure Prices vary depending on such factors as the location of your event, the number of hours requested and other unique service requests. Typically, the rate for most events will be $90/hour. (minimum 4 hrs) Weddings are events that require significantly more planning and preparation. They also require your DJ to coordinate services with other vendors such as the party center, caterer, photographer, videographer, etc. The price for a wedding reception will typically range from $650 to $850 for the entire evening.
