OWNER, Jennifer Minnehan Growing up in the Monmouth County area of New Jersey, Jennifer Minnehan was raised a single Mother who always encouraged her daughter to do what she loved and to help others. Cultivating a background of a passionate and caring person. Jennifer also trained to become a Firefighter and EMT, which she is still a Volunteer FireFighter and EMT. Jennifer moved to North Carolina in 2004 with her future Husband Donald and was looking to do something creative with her time. She always dreamed  of weddings and designing them since she was a child. In 2005, She became the Manager of a Coffee Shop that Catered and planned events for others and Jennifer had learned she found what she loved. Event and Wedding planning. After running a successful Catering business from the Coffee shop Jennifer Decided to go to Wedding Consultant Class to help Brides. Now she has gotten into business with her friend Samantha and together with their Creative sides and passion for design and happy brides they have started Unique Designs in NC.
